Bath and North East Somerset Council is seeking a Learning and Development Apprentice to support a range of learning activities, coaching and digital skills delivery. You will spend one day a week on the apprenticeship and work with an apprenticeship coordinator and college assessor.
You will need Level 2 Maths and English and will progress to a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship over two years, with flexible locations including home working.
The Safety, Wellbeing and Development service supports council staff and managers with learning and development, personal and organisational development and health, safety and wellbeing. As a Learning & Development Apprentice will work collaboratively as part of a wider team to support the various areas of the Safety, Wellbeing and Development service.
The role includes supporting a range of learning and development activities, alongside coaching and mentoring, digital skills, health, safety and wellbeing, staff engagement and management development.
As a Learning and Development Apprentice, you will:
