Job summary

Future is seeking a Talent Development administrator to coordinate group-wide training and apprenticeship programmes. You will manage digital modules, inductions, and e-learning, working with Global Talent Development Leads to schedule events and build competency matrices.

This hybrid Bath role requires excellent communication, organisational skills, and experience designing digital learning assets. You will support Apprenticeship Levy administration, monitor provider performance, and help roll

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building with global stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and coordinating abilities with structured prioritisation.
• Experience designing digital learning assets and using LMS systems.
• Familiarity with England's Apprenticeship Levy framework and managing programmes.
• Collaborative approach to problem-solving and learning new skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, administration, and scheduling of induction, training, and e-learning.
• Support creation of digital self-paced learning modules and competency matrices.
• Serve as primary contact for apprentices and managers' learning needs.
• Oversee Apprenticeship Levy administration in England and monitor provider performance.
• Partner with ESG and internal teams to design diversity and community programmes.
