Job summary

Makers is seeking an AI Coach to lead practical, industry-relevant AI training for apprentices and learners across our AI Essentials programme and other AI products. You will collaborate with the Head of AI Coaching to ensure high-quality programmes and measurable learner impact.

The role blends remote and onsite training, with potential UK-wide mobility and occasional London office days, contributing to a governance-aware, inclusive learning culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in business transformation and related roles.
• Strong background in BI tools and data visualization.
• Proficient with AI tools and AI ethics / governance basics.
• Experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio or Power Automate.
• Knowledge of end-to-end transformation lifecycle and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• AI Training: run workshops, 1:1 coaching, feedback to learners.
• Feedback and Guidance: monitor progress and guide improvement.
