Job summary

Instinct Resourcing is seeking an experienced E-Learning Developer for a 6-month fixed term contract. This hands-on role focuses on transforming existing learning content into engaging, interactive digital modules.

You will build learner journeys with quizzes, branching scenarios and accessible design, ensuring high technical quality and a smooth learner experience. Remote-first UK-based, with occasional team meet-ups and the chance to work with AI-enabled development tools.

Qualifications

Strong experience developing digital learning content using e-learning authoring tools.
Experience building interactive, accessible and engaging learning modules.
Understanding of e-learning QA, testing and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Develop engaging, interactive e-learning modules using approved learning content.
Build learner journeys with quizzes, branching scenarios, interactions and navigation.
Own QA, testing functionality, scoring and learner experience.
Collaborate with Learning Designers and Project Leads to meet timelines.
Identify and resolve technical issues before client review.
Implement feedback and amendments efficiently.
Explore AI tools to improve development processes.
