Job summary

AXA UK Learning Centre of Excellence seeks a Design and Facilitation Senior Learning Lead to shape and deliver innovative learning strategies across AXA UK, driving AI-driven learning solutions and capability-building initiatives.

You will design and roll out AI-enabled learning paths, lead a team of digital learning designers, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and measure impact on business performance and ROI.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in organisational and people development.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate innovative learning programmes across a large organisation, leveraging AI-led solutions.
• Expert knowledge of L&D leading practice and AI-enabled design.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between stakeholders and the UK Learning Centre of Excellence to ensure learning strategies meet business needs.
• Provide expert learning and development consultancy to support strategic business outcomes.
• Lead the design and facilitation of the AXA UK Learning curriculum, leveraging best practices and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with the business to define the AI capability strategy and design learning meeting varied needs.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning with blended, self-led resources integrated into workflows.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and learning teams for relevance and buy-in.
• Oversee end-to-end learning programme development from discovery to deployment and iteration.
• Provide inspirational leadership and development to a team of digital learning design and facilitation specialists.
• Measure and report on the impact of learning initiatives on business performance and ROI.
