The Virtual Training Team Ltd is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to design learning across management, people skills, and AI-enabled workplace capabilities. We encourage curiosity about AI and deep learning.

This fully remote role is open to any UK-based candidate. You’ll work with clients, SMEs and coaches to translate briefs into practical experiences, produce coach notes, and deliver high-quality learning on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design engaging learning experiences across virtual, in-person and blended formats.
• Curiosity and competence with AI to inform learning design.
• Excellent written English and ability to craft coach notes and guides.

Responsabilités

• Turn client briefs into thoughtful, practical learning experiences.
• Design and deliver learning materials for participants and coaches.
• Collaborate with clients and SMEs to identify real learning needs.
• Create clear, engaging participant and coach materials.
• Apply learning science and behavioural insights to improve outcomes.
