Job summary

Davies Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator within the Operations Team to drive a positive onboarding experience for learners and clients. You will support end-to-end onboarding, ensure accurate records and compliance with DfE Funding Rules, and work with Client Success, Compliance and Operations to maximise apprenticeship starts.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, preferably FE & Skills.
• Experience onboarding learners to apprenticeship programmes.
• Familiar with regulatory requirements and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end learner onboarding to meet timescales.
• Maintain accurate learner records and system updates.
• Track apprenticeship start dates and onboarding progress.
• Liaise with learners, employers and internal teams.
• Support client queries related to onboarding.
• Ensure documentation complies with DfE rules.
• Identify improvements in onboarding processes.
• Complete mandatory training and CPD timely.
