Job summary

TechNative Digital is seeking a Learner Success Manager (Learning Support) to support Wave 7 bootcamps, overseeing about 125 learners across five programmes, with a caseload of ~60. You will work closely with tutors and the Bootcamp Operational team to ensure learners stay on programme and progress to paid work.

The role requires warmth, empathy, strong boundaries, and independent remote work. You will lead one specialism and collaborate with SEND specialists to translate needs into practical

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people to succeed in learning or training.
• Awareness of how learning needs and neurodiversity affect adult learners.
• High emotional intelligence and resilience.
• Excellent communication and trust-building with learners and staff.
• Organised and capable of remote independent work.

Responsibilities

• Be main point of contact for your caseload: ILPs, onboarding, midpoint and exit or progression reviews.
• Monitor attendance, engagement, wellbeing and progression with timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with tutors and programme leads to coordinate support and remove barriers.
• Maintain learner records and evidence for funding claims and audit.
