Job summary

National Skills Agency is seeking a Learner Support Coordinator to ensure smooth learner experiences across apprenticeship and bootcamp programmes. You will coordinate onboarding, cohort logistics, and EPA, while supporting tutors and learners with timely information and resources.

You will collaborate with learners, tutors, and employers, maintaining high standards of service, communication, and organisation. The role offers hybrid or remote working across the UK with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Experience in education, training, or apprenticeship and bootcamp programme delivery.
• Experience in administration, coordination, or programme support.
• Strong digital skills with Teams/Zoom and online learning platforms.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Ofsted and DfE requirements.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Learner Journey: coordinate onboarding through EPA completion.
• Session Logistics: create/manage Zoom/Teams invites and schedules.
• Learner Engagement: promote attendance and address barriers.
• EPA Coordination: manage End-Point Assessment processes and deadlines.
• Quality & Improvement: monitor feedback and drive process improvements.
