Qualifications

• Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting, lead generation or inbound customer service.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Confident discussing prices and budgets in a tactful, non-pressurised way.
• Ability to work independently in a home-based role.
• A quiet, reliable home-working environment with a good internet connection.

Responsibilities
