Qualifications

• Proven background in commercial B2B outreach, lead generation, telesales, or business development (agency recruitment background advantageous).
• Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Self-reliant mindset capable of managing independent workflows as a freelance contractor.
• Resident in the United Kingdom with awareness of local telemarketing standards (CTPS / PECR).

Responsibilities

• Prospect and research prospective client organizations using verified lead databases.
• Initiate outbound contact via phone, email, and social channels to engage executive stakeholders.
• Pre-qualify prospective accounts and secure introductory meetings for recruitment consultants.
• Maintain organized pipeline records in the CRM system.
• Optional lifecycle: oversee client relationships through contract signing and placement fulfillment.
