Task Talent Recruitment Ltd is seeking experienced Business Development Representatives and Appointment Setters for a fully remote, self-employed role across the UK. You will source high-value commercial clients, conduct multi-channel outreach, and secure qualified meetings for our senior delivery team.

You will have autonomy over hours and outreach strategies, with opportunities for the Set-and-Close pathway to manage client relationships end-to-end and higher commission tiers.

Qualifications

• Proven background in cold calling, appointment setting, telesales or B2B sales.
• Experience in recruitment sales is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as a contractor.

Responsibilities

• Research and target UK business decision-makers using approved datasets.
• Execute outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings.
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the recruitment team.
• Set-and-Close path: manage full sales cycle from first contact to placement.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline status.
