Renew Consultancy is seeking a Project Sales Manager (Critical Power) to lead growth in a blank-slate project sales arm. You’ll own inquiries, quotes and orders, building a pipeline across the South of England, Midlands, and beyond, with in-house support for complex quotes and a fast, autonomous delivery mindset.

The role offers a competitive basic salary, a bonus/commission scheme, a company car or car allowance, and private healthcare, with long-term ownership incentives and a progressive

Competenze

• Project or turnkey sales experience in generators, gas engines and CHP, UPS, battery, controls or acoustics.
• A hunter’s drive with a proven conversion record.
• Enough electrical knowledge to discuss with consultants and M&E contractors.

Mansioni

• Own enquiries from first conversation to quote to order, then hand the secured project to the in-house delivery team.
• Sell single generator sets through to multiple-set projects from £50,000 to circa £2m, plus in-house control packages.
• Build relationships with M&E contractors and consultants, then with local authorities, healthcare, industrial, pharma, retail and smaller data centres.
• Prepare quotations with the MD and line manager on complex deals.
• Work from home across the South of England and Midlands, with London and Home Counties at the core; visit head office in Essex about once a month.
