Agilent Technologies Inc. is seeking a Product Specialist, LC/MS to join the UK+Ireland Technical Coverage and Solutions Team. You will be responsible for LC/MS products, collaborating with country teams to drive project execution and growth, and increasing LC/MS position and market share.

You will lead customer demonstrations, plan technical visits, and deliver seminars, while shaping solution configurations and value messaging to wins opportunities and accelerate growth in the region.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Chemistry / Biochemistry / Life Science (or related discipline).
• Experience: 5+ years in relevant analytical/scientific/instrument industry experience with strong exposure to LC/LCMS applications and customer environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and troubleshoot/solve complex, high-impact customer problems.
• Technical: Strong understanding of LC/MS workflows and ability to translate workflow needs into solution configurations and differentiated value.
• Hands-on experience with LC/MS systems, such as Triple Quad LC/MS, High Resolution Mass Spectrometry (QTOF), Single Quadrupole, is added advantage.
• Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; confident engaging customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Strong cross-functional teamwork with sales and supporting functions; willing to embrace new ways of engaging customers.
• Experience contributing to product launch activities, customer events, conferences, and workshops.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Sales Leadership: act as LC/MS liaison for customers and internal teams to propose differentiated solutions.
• Support opportunities with needs discovery, demos, and quotation/configuration support.
• Drive technical close by shaping solution fit and workflow value with Account Managers.
• Plan and deliver customer presentations, technical visits, workshops, and on-site demonstrations.
• Create and deliver technical seminars / marketing-event presentations to increase awareness and opportunities.
• Lead product-line strategy execution, including competitive positioning and deal strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of LC/MS landscape and translate into customer value messaging.
• Gather VOC and feedback to inform roadmaps and value propositions.
• Lead sales training and product competency development for sales teams and partners.
• Provide deal forecasting and monthly narratives with market insights.
