Agilent Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Instrument Sales Manager to lead a UK&I team selling Chromatography, Mass Spectrometry, and related solutions to Academic and Life Science Research customers.

You will set commercial strategy, develop a high-performing sales organisation, and drive sustainable growth while partnering with Marketing, Applications, and Service teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a scientific/technical/business field.
• 5+ years in analytical instrumentation sales.
• Proven leadership in building high-performance sales teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive results.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a sales team to achieve objectives.
