Job summary

Agilent Technologies in the United Kingdom is seeking a Product Specialist, LC/MS to join our UK+Ireland Technical Coverage and Solutions Team. You will lead LC/MS opportunities, align with country sales, service and marketing to drive project execution and expand Agilent LC/MS share.

You will serve as the LC/MS expert for customers and internal teams, develop opportunities, deliver demonstrations, workshops and technical seminars, and help shape product positioning and market growth while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s to PhD in chemistry or life sciences required.
• 5+ years in analytical/scientific/instrument industry with LC/LCMS exposure.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical sales initiatives and shape LC/MS opportunities.
• Serve as LC/MS liaison for customers and internal teams to propose differentiated solutions.
• Support demonstrations, quotes, and configuration discussions with Account Managers.
• Deliver technical seminars, workshops, and customer presentations.
• Drive product-line strategy and market growth in-country with cross-functional teams.
• Provide VOC and feedback to global stakeholders to align roadmap.
