Job summary

iamproperty is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to shape our learning strategy and lead the development of leaders. You will head our L&D team, translate business priorities into targeted programs and collaborate with People/HR to drive performance.

We value strategic thinking, exceptional facilitation, and measuring ROI. A CIPD qualification and LMS experience are advantageous in our fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Strong L&D experience, especially in management and leadership development.
• Excellent facilitation, training delivery and learning design skills.
• Experience leading and developing others.
• Strong coaching capability.
• Ability to diagnose learning needs and translate into practical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• A commercial mindset and ability to demonstrate impact of L&D.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop our L&D team into a high-performing function.
• Own learning needs analysis and translate priorities into an L&D plan.
• Lead and develop Elevate, the leadership development programme.
• Own Accelerate, the mentoring programme, from matching to evaluation.
• Design and deliver management and leadership development on coaching, feedback and change.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and solutions.
• Support performance, talent, succession and workforce priorities with People/HR.
• Champion face-to-face, virtual and blended learning methods.
• Oversee the Apprenticeship Levy and external providers.
• Utilise data and ROI to continually improve approaches.
• Manage the L&D budget and external partners; explore AI and new approaches.
