Job summary

Instinct Resourcing seeks an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to help deliver leadership and people development solutions for a growing portfolio of clients in the UK. The role is highly client-facing, engaging mid-management through to Director-level audiences to diagnose needs, design tailored learning interventions and deliver engaging workshops.

The role blends consultancy, learning design and facilitation, with approximately two-thirds focused on client delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Learning & Development consultancy.
• Strong facilitation and workshop delivery skills.
• Proven track record working with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to diagnose development needs and design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose learning and performance needs with client teams.
• Design immersive learning solutions aligned to client goals.
• Deliver workshops and programs to mid-management through to directors.
• Manage multiple client engagements from scoping to delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts and relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
