Job summary

Instagrid is hiring a Key Account Manager — a fully remote role with regular travel to visit customers across the UK. You will own major national accounts, grow our business with them, and evolve to include managing distribution partners.

We’re looking for a proven sales or account management track record, strong technical understanding, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Expect remote work and UK-wide onboarding as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or account management record, including large accounts and negotiated agreements.
• Strong technical understanding to explain product value.
• Commercial awareness: discuss margin, COGS and P&L.
• Accurate, disciplined forecasting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Owning key account relationships: primary contact for customers across each account.
• Delivering framework agreements and ensuring positive customer experiences.
• Growing within accounts: expand network and applications across business units.
• Enabling adoption: provide product training and support to drive utilization.
• Forecasting and performance: maintain forecasts and manage units sold and margin.
• Moving into distribution: shape and manage distribution partners.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams and share customer insights across the UK and Germany.
