Job summary

Instagrid France is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to manage major national customers. The role is fully remote within the UK with regular travel to customer sites. You will embed yourself in each account, grow business, and, as the distribution model evolves, manage distribution partners.

Excellent communication and a strong technical background are essential. You will work across the UK, partnering with regional teams to deliver negotiated framework agreements and expand applications.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or account management record with large accounts and negotiated agreements.
• Strong technical understanding to explain product value.
• Commercial awareness including margin and P&L considerations.
• Accurate, disciplined forecasting and sales planning.
• Willingness to travel UK-wide and occasionally abroad.

Responsibilities

• Own key account relationships and act as primary contact for customers across each account.
• Negotiate and deliver framework agreements ensuring positive customer experiences.
• Grow business within accounts by expanding applications and services.
• Provide product training and support to drive high product utilization.
• Forecast and manage units sold and margin across accounts.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams and distribution partners as needed.
• Support onboarding of distribution partners as the business evolves.
