Job summary

Carrier is seeking a highly experienced Key Account Manager to develop and strengthen strategic customer relationships across the transport refrigeration sector. You will lead sales strategies, manage key accounts, and drive growth with internal and external stakeholders.

This remote-based role requires frequent travel to the Warrington head office and customer sites. A minimum of five years in a commercial role and knowledge of CRM systems are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Key Account Manager or similar role.
• Experience in transport refrigeration is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial and customer relationship management experience.
• Good technical knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen strategic customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and growth in existing accounts.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and close contracts.
