Job summary

Parity is a remote-first, global organization seeking an IT Support Lead to elevate IT services across our distributed team. You will manage one End User Support Engineer, act as the escalation point, and drive automation to reduce friction for end users.

You will own IT procurement, onboarding/offboarding, and collaborate with SRE, Security, and Workplace teams to ensure security and reliability while supporting a remote workforce across multiple countries.

Qualifications

5+ years in IT support or IT operations with team management.
Experience with AI tools to automate workflows and improve support processes.
Experience with user access management in a fast-moving multi-SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, switches, firewalls, and network devices.
Proficiency in Linux and Mac operating systems for end-user support.
Experience with on-premise server hardware and operations.
Scripting or automation experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Team management: mentor End User Support Specialist, prioritize work, and handle escalations.
AI & automation: help adopt AI and automate IT support workflows.
IT procurement & vendor management: own vendor relationships and device purchases for distributed teams.
Systems & operations: ensure reliable delivery of core IT systems and smooth onboarding/offboarding.
