Job summary

IMP Software is seeking an IT Engineer to join a small, remote IT team, reporting to the Head of IT. You will deliver hands-on IT support and gain exposure to endpoint management, security operations and automation.

This is a great step for an early to mid-career IT professional who wants broad, modern skills across Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, PowerShell and APIs, with guidance and room to grow in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• This role requires hands-on IT experience and remote work capability.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management.
• Interest in automation and scripting is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support across the business and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Manage and maintain the endpoint fleet (~150 devices) using Microsoft Intune and policies.
• Administer Microsoft 365 environment (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
• Assist with device lifecycle from provisioning to retirement, in coordination with logistics.
• Help maintain IT service desk workflows and reporting, including procurement coordination.
