Job summary

Circle Health Group is hiring an Interview Scheduler for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This fully remote role requires 37.5 hours per week and offers a salary up to £26,500 per annum.

You will work in the Recruitment department handling interview coordination, ATS data checks, and timely invitations to candidates, while maintaining professional communication with staff and applicants.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths or equivalent
• Proficient with a PC and common software/systems
• Excellent communication by phone and email/MS Teams

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview availability with management across vacancies
• Cross reference ATS data and invite candidates to interview promptly
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail and MS Teams correspondence
• Collaborate with another Interview Scheduler and keep both workloads up to date
• Follow Circle Health Group best practice processes for efficient service
