Circle Integrated Care Bedford is seeking a Patient Administrator for a 6‑month fixed term contract. The role is 37.5 hours per week, with a flexible shift pattern and full‑time on‑site work.

Salary is up to £29,936 per year, aligned with experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will support the patient journey, handle bookings and queries, manage mail, and uphold health and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• GCSE Maths and English at A-C or equivalent.
• Proficient in PC use and standard software/systems.
• Basic financial awareness.
• Prior admin experience in private healthcare is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Support the smooth running of the patient admin process throughout the patient journey.
• Follow Circle Health Group best practice process maps for a professional service to patients, visitors, consultants and staff.
• Handle all patient queries promptly and professionally.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
• Approve electronic bookings and update bookings received by email.
• Maintain Health and Safety knowledge and apply relevant measures for patients, relatives, staff and contractors.
• Complete relevant mandatory training as required.
