Job summary

Circle Health Group is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner on a 9-month fixed-term contract. The role is based at the Head Office with a remote setup and requires travel to hospital sites as needed. It is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, for nine months.

You will join the HR department and work within the Senior HR Operations team to deliver the HR strategy, manage ER cases, and lead workforce planning and talent development across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification and experience in a senior HRBP role required.
• Proven business partnering skills at a senior level.
• Experience applying change management in dynamic environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, ER case law, processes and interviewing.
• Experience advising on complex ER cases.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities with ability to handle ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel regularly and operate across multiple sites.
• Healthcare sector experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key member of the Senior HR Operations team delivering the HR strategy across the business.
• Address HR challenges focusing on short, medium and long term.
• Support outsourced ER model delivery through Peninsula with guidance on complex ER cases.
• Use business insights to drive changes in people management practices.
• Advise on people implications of organisational change, including TUPE.
• Drive longer-term workforce planning and talent management.
• Build capability of people across the business.
• Proactively gather intelligence on people management best practices and escalate issues to senior management.
