Qualifications

• Read the form’s instructions before treating a blank field as a problem; some questions may not apply.
• Check the relevant record before sending a duplicate reminder.
• Use straightforward written language when explaining what detail is needed.
• Handle personal information only in the employer’s approved systems.
• Keep a short note of action taken and the reason an item has not moved on.
• Ask for guidance when the checklist does not cover what you are seeing.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming forms to determine form type and applicable checklist.
• Record submission status and identify missing information.
• Request missing details using clear messages and link to original submission.
• Attach notes to the original submission and avoid opening unrelated cases.
• Perform routine checks to confirm correct form and entries against checklist.
• Keep notes and update intake status for colleagues.
