HRS Talent Solutions is seeking a Form Attachment Index Assistant to join our remote administration team. This role focuses on organising attachments to match submissions, labeling correctly, and ensuring accessibility for reviewers.

It is a flexible remote position with either full-time or part-time arrangements. You will verify form records, link replacements, apply approved names, and maintain an auditable trail of attachments.

Qualifications

• No prior specialised experience required; training will be provided.
• Good basic computer confidence and ability to keep files in order.

Responsibilities

• Open uploaded files and check readability.
• Match attachments to the submission reference and apply labelled indexing.
• Link replacements to the correct record and note superseded files.
• Apply approved file names, categories and received dates.
• Note missing or inaccessible attachments and flag mismatches.
• Pass the organised set to the reviewer.
• Communicate clearly when a readable copy is needed.
