Workoo Technologies is seeking a Remote Data Entry Assistant to update and maintain information in our databases and systems. You will work with a data team to enter data from source documents, verify accuracy, and keep records up to date.

The ideal candidate has fast typing, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Word and Excel, online forms, and basic data processing. Previous office experience is a plus; remote work offer mobility and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in administrative functions and data entry is advantageous
• Proficient with Word and Excel; able to use online forms

Responsibilities

• Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records
• Update and manage data across systems and files
• Process orders and quotes; verify accuracy against source documents
