Job summary

Hastings Direct in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Renewals Advisor to support customers at renewal, delivering a high-quality experience. You will listen actively, understand policy changes, and use training and systems to propose suitable products and quotes.

The role is hybrid, with 1 day per week in the office and training for ~12 weeks. Salary starts around £26,230, progressing to £26,550 and potentially up to £29,500 with career growth.

Responsibilities

• Joining a busy team within a customer focused environment, you’ll be the voice of Hastings as you support customers who are coming to the end of their current policy and want to discuss their renewal with us.
• Actively listen to customer queries and then work with them to fact find and understand any changes to their policy details and circumstances.
• Utilise training and our systems to offer the customer the most suitable products and price for their upcoming insurance needs.
