Job summary

GBR Recruitment Ltd, in partnership with a leading groundcare machinery business, seeks an experienced Field Sales Manager to cover Birmingham, Warwickshire, Staffordshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Bedfordshire, with responsibilities to grow sales across UK territories.

You will manage your diary, attend exhibitions, build long-term relationships with farmers and agri companies, and drive revenue through product ranges including groundcare machinery and attachments.

Qualifications

• Proven grounds maintenance / groundcare machinery sales experience with targets.
• Ability to cover multi-county territory and stay away on nights.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building and closing skills.
• Good IT skills and CRM usage, Navision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales targets across designated counties within guidelines.
• Build and maintain long-term groundcare industry relationships.
• Lead generation and conversion of new opportunities in territory.
• Attend industry exhibitions and trade shows representing the company.
• Keep up-to-date with product developments and market trends.
