Job Description:

Lawyers must be UK-based and qualified in England & Wales.

A large UK charity is seeking a senior (8+ PQE) lawyer to join its property team. The role is fully remote, with optional office attendance.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead on complex property transactions involving the charity's land.
• Advise on transactional matters including leases, development, utilities, and infrastructure.
• Draft, review, and negotiate property documentation.
• Mentor junior team members and manage external legal counsel.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to property matters.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal obligations.

The ideal candidate will have substantial post-qualification experience, strong land law knowledge, and excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. An interest in environmental issues is a plus.

Salary is approximately £55,000 per annum, with excellent benefits and a collaborative, remote work environment.
