Job summary

Samsara is hiring an Implementation Consultant to drive deployment for our customers, ensuring rapid value realization and adoption of our Connected Operations platform. The role collaborates across Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product in a fast-growing environment.

You will run workshops, manage change processes, and train users while traveling up to 30% to customer sites. The position emphasizes cross-functional teamwork and customer success alignment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an implementation consultant, project manager, or onboarding role.
• Enterprise SaaS and hardware experience is a plus.
• Strong project management skills with ability to follow methodologies.
• Experience communicating with executives and day-to-day users is expected.

Responsibilities

• Be Samsara advisor, managing deployment to customers to achieve quick value.
• Lead solution workshops to define and document business processes.
• Guide customers through change management including policy, comms and training.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara technology to executives and users.
• Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel and collaborate cross-functionally.
