Job summary

Samsara is seeking an Implementation Consultant to drive successful deployments for our enterprise customers in the UK. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product to deliver practical, repeatable deployment plans and outcomes.

You will lead workshops, guide change management, and run training for executives and users across multiple use cases. Expect up to 30% travel to customer sites in a rapidly growing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an implementation consultant, project manager, or onboarding role. Enterprise SaaS and hardware experience preferred.
• Strong project management skills with ability to follow methodologies.
• 2+ years experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving & project management skills.
• Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations.
• Experience managing >20 implementations/projects at a time.
• Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders: executives, Product and Engineering senior management, day-to-day users of our software.
• Fluency in English and German (spoken and written) is a mandatory requirement for this position.

Responsibilities

• Be the Samsara advisor, managing the deployment of Samsara technology to customers, enabling customers to achieve quick time to value in their investment.
• Lead solution workshops to develop L1 processes for business process
• Guide customers through change management processes including policy, comms and training
• Run training sessions, demonstrate Samsara’s technology, and work through obstacles with executives and day-to-day users of the system across numerous use cases
• Juggle multiple customer engagements in parallel and work cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers
