The Green Recruitment Company is recruiting for a Business Development Manager to win Industrial & Commercial Utilities clients across the UK. The role is home-based with client site travel, offering uncapped commission and strong earning potential.
You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, engaging senior decision-makers and collaborating with marketing and technical teams. You will travel to client sites and industry events as needed, building relationships across
Qualificações
- Demonstrated record of winning new I&C clients.
- Experience with large contracts (£500k+ annual revenue) preferred.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and events.
- Strong energy procurement knowledge.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsabilidades
- Win new I&C clients for the Utility Management services.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline with support from marketing teams.
- Lead the sales process from initial conversation to contract award.
- Develop consultative, value-led proposals with technical experts.
- Build relationships with senior leaders across sectors (retail, hospitality, manufacturing).
- Represent the business at client meetings, events and networking opportunities.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM records and pipeline reporting.
