Job summary

Red Recruitment is seeking an Onboarding Agent to join a leading training provider on a remote-hybrid basis from their Birmingham office. You will guide learners from application through to start date, ensuring a smooth pre-start experience and excellent learner outcomes.

The role emphasises strong customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks to deadlines; some apprenticeship/education experience is desirable but not essential.

Onboarding Agent

Red Recruitment is recruiting an Onboarding Agent to join our client, a leading training provider, on a remote-hybrid basis from their Birmingham office.

You will support learners right at the start of their apprenticeship journey, guiding them from application through to their start date and ensuring a smooth and welcoming pre-start experience.

This is an opportunity for someone with great customer service skills and excellent attention to detail.

After 1-2 weeks initial training in the Birmingham office you will predominantly be based from home, with occasional visits to the office for company meetings etc.

Benefits and Package for an Onboarding Agent:

• Salary: 26,000- 28,000 depending on relevant experience.
• Bonus: Up to 6,000 annually, paid monthly ( 500 maximum per month), based on quality and productivity. Historically achievable.
• Total potential package: 32,000- 34,000.
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
• Location: Birmingham- hybrid/remote working
