Job summary

The Adaptavist Group, a remote-first technology company, is seeking a CRM Manager to own segmentation, workflows, data hygiene and compliance within HubSpot. You will partner with the brand and analytics teams to improve targeting and deliver accurate campaigns.

You’ll be the main point of contact for day-to-day CRM queries from the marketing team and broader business, while contributing to lifecycle and nurture programmes in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on CRM or marketing automation experience.
• In-depth HubSpot knowledge, including workflows, segmentation, forms and properties.
• Experience improving CRM data quality, contact management and consent processes.
• Good understanding of email compliance, including GDPR and PECR.
• Ability to turn CRM reporting into clear recommendations.
• Experience creating guidance and training to help colleagues use the CRM effectively.

Responsibilities

• Segmentation and List Management in HubSpot: build and maintain contact segments and lists; apply basic exclusion logic; support senior CRM team members.
• Campaign Delivery and Quality Assurance: build/manage HubSpot workflows for nurtures and lifecycle emails; QA campaigns for accuracy and compliance; support A/B test planning.
• Data Hygiene and Compliance: flag bounced, unsubscribed or invalid contacts; maintain suppression lists; ensure sends comply with GDPR/PECR/CAN-SPAM; document workflows.
• Reporting and Continuous Improvement: monitor campaign performance; present findings to senior CRM team; assist with troubleshooting platform issues.
