Job summary

Ashdown Group is seeking a CRM Administrator to take ownership of the quality, consistency and day-to-day administration of its CRM and related systems. This role is based in Central London, with flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.

Working closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders you will contribute to an active programme of improvements, owning data quality and ensuring accurate recording of opportunities and commercial information.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with experience owning CRM and data.
• Experience administering HubSpot.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own data quality, including duplicate management, record clean-up, field completeness and regular data quality reporting.
• Work with senior stakeholders to ensure opportunities and commercial information are recorded accurately and promptly.
• Manage users, licences and permissions, including onboarding, role changes, offboarding and periodic access reviews.
• Maintain CRM standards, including pipeline stages, mandatory fields, naming conventions and project codes.
• Manage the CRM request process, resolve configuration issues and coordinate more complex requirements with the external development partner.
