Job summary

NCIC in Carlisle is seeking an ESR Systems Administrator (Band 4) to join the HR/People Services Workforce Systems team. The role will develop and maintain the ESR system, timesheets, and expenses solutions, with flexible working arrangements including up to 50% home working.

Qualifications

• :NVQ level 4 in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
• Experience delivering presentations/training to diverse audiences
• Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Experience of ESR and payroll related systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building

Responsibilities

• Support ESR Systems and implement new functionalities and solutions
• Provide training and reporting/analytics to stakeholders
• Project management and stakeholder engagement across the organisation
• Manage data and system development within HR/People Services
• Collaborate with front line services to improve service delivery
