Job summary

North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 4 Workforce Systems Administrator to support ESR, data management and system development within HR/People Services. The role offers 37.5 hours per week with flexible home/remote working options and office-based hours in Carlisle.

You will deliver training, manage reporting and analytics, and contribute to system improvements while collaborating across the organisation to provide an efficient, customer‑focused service.

Qualifications

NVQ level 4 in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
Experience delivering presentations/training to diverse audiences.
Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Understanding of relational databases and data flows across systems.

Responsibilities

Support ESR/Data management and system development for Workforce Systems.
Deliver training and face-to-face sessions to staff.
Produce reports and analytics to inform decisions.
Assist with project work and system administration.
