Job summary

Cambridge Regional College is seeking a proactive HR Administrator to join our friendly HR team, primarily based at the Cambridge Campus with the option to work from home for the remaining days of the week. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary of £25,823-£27,152 per annum and benefits including a local government pension scheme and staff development opportunities.

You will handle onboarding for new starters, processing contract changes and leavers, and support with staff development

Qualifications

• GCSE in Maths and English (equiv to grade C or above) is essential
• Strong administration experience, IT and interpersonal skills
