Job summary

North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 4 Workforce Systems Administrator to support ESR, data management and system development within HR/People Services. The role offers 37.5 hours per week with flexible home/remote working options and office-based hours in Carlisle.

You will deliver training, manage reporting and analytics, and contribute to system improvements while collaborating across the organisation to provide an efficient, customer‑focused service.

Qualifications

  • NVQ level 4 in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience delivering presentations/training to diverse audiences.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Our HR/People Services Directorate has an exciting opportunity to work within the Workforce Systems team, to be at the forefront of system development, engagement and data management.

The HR/People Services directorate provides advice and transactional services to employees and managers across the organisation. If you would like to work in a customer friendly, quality focused service; within a collaborative and supportive team, this may be the job for you!

Main duties of the job

We are looking for an enthusiastic database administrator to support our customers and implement new functionalities and solutions who share our Trust values of kindness, respect, collaboration and ambition. This role will involve service development, face-to-face training, reporting/analytics, systems administration, project management and much more. This is a great opportunity to develop transferable skills, whilst supporting our front line services, and working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation to provide an efficient and effective service. Our team is friendly, supportive and receives great feedback from our customers.

The role requires use of web based systems, including ESR (Electronic Staff Record), timesheets and expenses solutions, and Microsoft Office applications. Full training on our systems will be provided to the successful candidate.

  • NVQ level 4 in Business Administration or equivalent qualification or level of knowledge.
