Job summary

Talent Partners Limited is seeking a hands-on SAP HCM Payroll specialist to join a global enterprise software organisation. The role focuses on UK Payroll, PCRs, schemas and wage types, delivering senior-level SAP configuration and troubleshooting expertise in a fully remote, permanent position.

You will work directly with customers, providing functional and technical support across SAP HR/HCM with emphasis on UK Payroll and statutory requirements, RTI, and year-end processing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience required.
• Deep knowledge of PCRs, schemas and payroll configuration.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, RTI and year-end requirements.
• Experience supporting complex SAP HCM/Payroll environments.
• Strong customer-facing and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level functional and technical support across SAP HR/HCM.
• Focus on UK Payroll, Time Management, payroll configuration, PCRs, schemas and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve complex SAP Payroll issues in highly configured environments.
