Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Payroll Workday Consultant to guide UK payroll implementations. You will advise clients on industry standards, apply Workday methodologies, and lead a workstream through deployment and post-implementation stages.

You will collaborate with HR, finance and time management modules, troubleshoot issues, deliver end-user training, and stay current with Workday releases. A Bachelor's degree and fluency in English are required; travel to client sites may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; English fluency required.
• Proven experience with UK Payroll modules in Workday.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices in UK Payroll.
• Lead Workday payroll workstreams from design through deployment.

• Configure and customize Workday payroll to meet business needs.
