Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, ideally in housing or support services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage conflicts calmly.
• Good numerical and data interpretation abilities.

Responsabilités

• Take and book in repair requests.
• Take payments and advise on benefit entitlements.
• Handle tenancy-related admin tasks (applications for assignments, income/expenditure, joint tenancy, etc).
• Work in line with Anti-social Behaviour and domestic violence policies; provide signposting when needed.
