Job summary

Greatwell Homes is seeking a Customer Services Officer for a 6-month fixed term contract to support a remote contact centre delivering housing management services. The role includes training and a focus on customer satisfaction, with emphasis on high-quality service delivery to residents.

Responsibilities include managing repairs, payments, and tenancy admin, along with policy adherence and signposting to external agencies when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in housing or support services.
• Able to handle conflict calmly and professionally.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, able to interpret information.
• Capable of planning and prioritising workload under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Take and book in repair requests.
• Take payments and advise on benefit entitlements.
• Complete tenancy-related administrative tasks (assignments, income/expenditure, joint tenancies).
• Adhere to Anti-social Behaviour and domestic violence policies; signpost to external agencies if needed.
