Job summary

IO Associates is partnering with a HealthTech provider to recruit an Implementation Specialist for Professional Services. The role is predominantly remote with occasional travel to Bath for team collaboration days, offering a salary up to £40,000.

You will own customer onboarding, solution configuration, and deployment, acting as the trusted technical and delivery partner from pre-sales scoping through to deployment and handover. Strong healthcare software onboarding experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Healthcare/software onboarding or implementation experience in health or regulated environments.
• Experience delivering software deployments with milestone and risk management.
• Ability to translate complex workflows for non-technical stakeholders.
• Clear, confident communication with senior stakeholders and teams.
• Adaptable team player able to manage multiple implementations.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Onboarding: lead planning, scoping, and deployment of software modules for healthcare operations.
• Technical Problem-Solving: act as primary technical contact during rollout and resolve integration blockers.
• Commercial & Scope Alignment: work with Sales and Account Management to maintain deliverables and prevent scope creep.
• Operational Handover: collaborate with training and support to create documentation for client teams.
• Product Feedback Loop: collect deployment insights to inform future platform upgrades.
