Job summary

iO Associates is recruiting a Partnership Coordinator / Partner Success Executive in HealthTech. You will connect third‑party tech partners, external consultants, and internal implementation squads to ensure seamless software delivery across NHS trusts and private providers.

Based predominately remote with quarterly meetups in Liverpool and the North West, the role requires 3+ years in healthcare IT, strong relationship management, and experience coordinating SOWs, SLAs, and milestone payments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare information systems, software support, partner coordination, or vendor management.
• Experience coordinating partners, external consultants, and internal teams.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder alignment.
• Knowledge of NHS/private healthcare landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and due diligence for technology partners.
• Oversee contracts, SOWs, milestones, and payments.
• Coordinate cross-team communication to resolve delivery roadblocks.
• Conduct service reviews and performance scorecards.
