Job summary

iO Associates in the United Kingdom is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead customer onboarding, solution configuration, and deployment for HealthTech software. The role is predominantly remote with occasional travel to Bath for team collaboration days.

You will act as the trusted technical and delivery partner from pre-sales scoping through to system configuration and handover, ensuring smooth go-lives and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Healthcare or regulated environments experience in customer-facing software onboarding.
• Experience delivering deployments on schedule with project milestones and risks.
• Ability to configure software and solve complex configurations.
• Clear communicator to translate technical workflows for non-technical users.
• Team player able to work across concurrent implementations.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Onboarding: plan, scope, configure, and deploy software modules for healthcare operations.
• Technical Problem-Solving: primary technical contact during rollout, remove blockers to go-live.
• Commercial & Scope Alignment: collaborate with Sales to prevent scope creep.
• Operational Handover: document and ensure client teams are confident post-deployment.
• Product Feedback Loop: collect deployment feedback to inform future upgrades.
