Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Head of Data Analytics to lead a growing analytics function in a remote-first environment across the UK. You will shape data strategy, build a high-performing team of analysts, and drive customer acquisition, retention, and commercial growth through insights and analytics.

You’ll develop segmentation and targeting models, deliver dashboards in Power BI, and partner with senior stakeholders to influence marketing and sales decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong marketing analytics and customer insight experience.
• Team leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Advanced SQL and Power BI skills.
• Expertise in segmentation, targeting, and campaign analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analysts.
• Define the marketing analytics and customer insight strategy.
• Build customer segmentation and targeting models.
• Deliver actionable insights across email, telemarketing, and wider marketing activity.
• Identify cross-sell, upsell, and growth opportunities from customer data.
• Develop reporting and dashboards using Power BI.
• Use SQL to analyse customer, campaign, and operational performance.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence commercial decisions.
